Pilates

Pilates is a complete body workout which targets the deep stabilising muscles whilst also improving co-ordination and flexibility. It is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. Most of the exercises are performed on the floor making it very safe for people with joint problems or bad backs.

Maxine is a fully qualified Pilates teacher through the Body Control Pilates Association.

Tuesday 9.20am at The Dell Centre, St Giles' Church, Park Lane, Ashtead, KT21 1EN.    Improver/Intermediate level


Tuesday 10.30am at The Dell Centre, St Giles' Church, Park Lane, Ashtead, KT21 1EN.   Beginner level/gentle class


Wednesday 8.00pm at St Giles' School, Dene Road, Ashtead, KT21 1EA.  Intermediate level


Term Dates:

Spring term: 

w/c  6 January 2025 - w/c 31 March 2025 

Half term break w/c 17 February

Cost £13.00 per lesson, payable by the term or half term

New clients attend a one-to-one session before joining a class, priced at £45
